Kirsten and Dan’s October Wedding at Tithe Barn

Such a perfect day. Feed animals in the Zoo. But that’s no way to speak about Dan’s friends is it? Nothing personal..honest. What a great bunch of folks I got to meet at Kirsten and Dan’s wedding at Tithe Barn. October weddings at the barn are just divine. Even if the Bridesmaids were optimistic and decided on no shoulder covering attire. We did, however, get some time outside in the sunshine. The day started for me at Old Thorns. Its a brilliant hotel and country club and the light in the room was challenging. As much as my brain goes in “crikey mode” the creative in me is keen to make something amazing out of something seemingly impossible. I walked away with less in quantity but a lot in quality and creativity. That’s a bonus. Ceremonies at the barn are always a great opportunity to work in the amazing architecture. The day was MC’d by the delightful Brian Mole, Wedding DJ. He’s a top guy and really tuned in to what he does. Of course he was there in his dual capacity as DJ for the evening as well.
