it was one of those days that went by in a flash. I saw the height of sunshine and darkness all in the space of a short afternoon. Ruth went for a different look…subtle, sophisticated and elegant. I guess you could say practical too as you could wear that again unlike other dresses I might see. This was a day designed by them. Something a bit different with a drinks reception followed by the Ruth, Rick and Ruth & Rick quiz. Prizes and everything. It was also the first wedding of the year to feature Christmas trees.
